The function of the building as a live/work space is manifest in the number of controllable and changeable exterior panels that frame views, become easels and control light. The 'A/L/W/S' is composed of a basic core and skin system whereby the core is intended as a prototype for repetition and the skin a necessary means of camouflage (introversion), that could be reconfigured by site determinants.
